Lemon Battery

Let's Make a Battery!

Use the included wires and LED light to convert the citric acid found inside household lemons and create your very own circuit to generate light!

This one is one of my favorites! We're gonna' take a bunch of clay and roll it up in specific color patterns to replicate the layers of our Earth! It's a super fun and visually pleasing project, and a great way of showing everyone that you know the difference between the crust and the mantle.

Pull Things apart!

We've seen what happens when you mix colors to create a new color, but have you ever taken a color and reversed the process to see which colors are inside it? Mind blown!

In this kit we've included a solar panel, along with a motor. The idea here is to learn about solar power to understand the importance of clean, renewable energy, and see that it can actually power a motor, in other words make things move.

So if this little robot bug can move from the power of the sun, why can't everything else?

Trust me I'm only getting started! We're gonna' build a sundial and learn about how the Earth rotates our Sun, we'll make our own compass by training a household needle on how to find North, and we'll even defy gravity while learning about centripetal force!

"I wanted to enhance my sons science experience by having an experiment he could do easily in association with what he is learning for 5th grade. I purchased this because I grew up watching Bill Nye in school and always knew if it was a Bill Nye lesson it was going to fun and interactive. I have found the same feeling within my son during his science class now!I read many reviews listed at 1 or 2 stars due to app issues. I have a Samsung galaxy s22 and the app works great! My son has a Samsung a13 and it works on that phone as well.The book has a variety of subjects most have a mini bobble head with Bill Nye who reads the information and does an explanation to further explain the lesson. It is very interactive and the kit has 99% of items needed for the experiments!An excellent gift for your little scientist!"
